All In For All Saints...The Fund for All Saints

The Fund for All Saints effort will begin in October and our goal is to have 100% parent participation in 100 days! The Fund provides critical resources that enrich the quality of education at our school.

At the heart of The Fund’s success are parent volunteers who help solicit support from our parent community.  Through their efforts, 99.7% of current parents donated to The Fund in 2022-23.  Every gift regardless of size is significant and counted.  Pledges are made in the fall and may be paid over the course of the school year, and they are also tax-deductible.

List of 12 frequently asked questions.

  • Q. What is the Fund for All Saints?

The Fund is the bridge between the income received from tuition and the actual cost of educating All Saints students.  This fund is the school’s most important annual fundraising effort as it supports every student and faculty member on campus. With the help of The Fund for All Saints, we are able to provide state-of-the-art learning tools for our students and advanced training for teachers. The Fund for All Saints makes a world of difference in the life of every student.
  • Q. How can I make my contribution?

  • Q. How will The Fund for All Saints be used this year?

*Security costs, including a police officer on duty 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. every day
*New microscopes and more state-of-the-art equipment for middle school science
    *Play center items for PK3 & 4
*Exciting new sports equipment for P.E. classes in all grade levels
*A wide variety of art supplies for all ages
*Instruments and curriculum materials for music
    *Enriching professional development for teachers
*Elements essential for middle school drama productions

...and many other resources that add to the educational experiences of every student at All Saints!

  • Q.
How does my gift to The Fund for All Saints benefit me?

The tuition our families pay covers only 86% of the yearly cost of educating each student, including yours.  This leaves a gap averaging $1720 per student.  The Fund for All Saints is the major source of revenue closing that gap. We encourage every family whose family benefits from All Saints’ many offerings to make our school a top philanthropic priority.
  • Q. Why doesn’t All Saints charge the full cost of educating each student instead of raising funds each year?

    There are three main reasons:
    1. Raising tuition to cover the true cost of educating each student would make All Saints financially inaccessible for some families.
    2. All Saints is a non-profit organization and therefore donations to The Fund are fully tax-deductible, but tuition payments are not.
    3. The Fund allows members of the broader community who believe in the mission of our school to support every student.  Grandparents, Board members, Alumni, and businesses regularly donate to The Fund for All Saints.
  • Q. Why doesn't All Saints charge more tuition to cover costs?

The Board is committed to keeping tuition at the lowest possible level while providing the highest quality education for children. Affordable tuition allows All Saints to attract a diverse population of talented students.
  • Q. How much should I give?

Consider the blessings you have received through being a part of the All Saints family. What you give is up to you and your family, but we hope you will keep All Saints as a philanthropic priority. We receive gifts from $10 to $10,000, and each gift is valued and used wisely.  The important thing is to give something.
  • Q. Is my gift to the All Saints Annual Fund tax deductible?

Yes, it is! While tuition is not tax deductible, your gifts to the school certainly are.
  • Q. Do all families of All Saints students give?

Our goal is to have 100% participation from parents, faculty and staff, and the Board of Trustees. Last year 100% of faculty, staff and board members gave.
  • Q. Why is 100% participation so important?

100% participation signals to the larger community, including foundations and other donors, that our families believe in the education provided at All Saints. Families who give feel ownership in the school.
  • Q. Can we designate where we would like our gift to be used?

Certainly, although unrestricted donations give the school the most flexibility in meeting needs.
  • Q. Does my pledge need to be paid immediately?

Families are encouraged to make their pledges as soon as possible, but we ask that payments be made by the end of May 2024.

    • Thank you!
