I serve All Saints because All Saints serves me! - Tim Brewer, Current Parent
The All Saints Parent Association (ASPA) promotes parent involvement in our school through several enriching and exciting projects.
The All Saints Parents Association (ASPA) is a volunteer organization that supports All Saints Episcopal School by hosting events for All Saints students, families, and faculty and staff throughout the year and by holding various fundraisers to raise money for the benefit of the school. This year the ASPA will be hosting a number of special events, including: Family Bingo Night, the Cultural Festival, the Book Fair, and the ASPA Gala. We are so pleased to announce that it is our intention to host many of these events in person this year and bring our All Saints families, faculty, and staff back together again safely. The health and wellness of our All Saints community is the ASPA's highest priority; therefore, we will revisit our event protocols should circumstances require it.
In addition to attending the ASPA's events this year, there are many opportunities for parents to volunteer and participate. Offering to lend your assistance to any of our events is a great way to meet fellow parents and immediately feel a part of our wonderful school community. Parents, grandparents, and other family members generously share their time and talent using a wide variety of skills, and any schedule can be accommodated. Volunteering is a meaningful way to support the school, meet new friends, and show students how committed we are to their educational success.
Who can I contact with questions about volunteering?

At the ASPA’s Back to School Round-Up, you will find everything your student needs to get ready for the first day of school! Each parent will want to drop by to pick up students’ class placements, create online lunch accounts, drop off student medication and immunization record with the school nurse, purchase used uniforms, join the All Saints Parent Association, get newly-designed carpool signs, and more! This event will be held in the All Saints gym. Hours will be from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. for new families, and from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. for returning families. Volunteers are needed to help with all aspects of this exciting day!
Every year the ASPA holds a week-long Book Fair on campus, which promotes a love of reading and supports the library. The entire school community may come to the fair and purchase books. Exciting events are planned all week to encourage reading as a lifelong interest. Parent volunteers work throughout the fair and also help set up and take down.
The annual spring carnival is a much-loved event for all of our families to enjoy. At the Carnival you will find rides and activities for all ages, great food, music and a few surprises each year. Smiles and laughter mark this event. Volunteers assist with the coordination of activities and set up and take down.
The Culture Festival is a week-long festival which will showcase the broad range of cultures represented in our All Saints community. We invite All Saints families to participate by sharing decorations, photos, music, and other items from their respective traditions. The week includes a Heritage Free Dress Day, and will conclude with a Street Fair celebration!
Back by popular demand! Online Bingo was such a success last year that we are repeating that format again this fall. Join fellow All Saints families online for a fun-filled evening for all ages. Prizes will be awarded to game and costume contest winners.
Come gather with other All Saints families for a free movie on campus! This will be a kid-friendly classic that all ages will enjoy. Children will be entertained by fun activities and kid-friendly snacks.
All Saints Grandparents and Special Friends are celebrated on this very special morning. This is an opportunity for students to share the All Saints experience with their grandparents and special friends.
The annual All Saints Parent Association Gala is our largest fundraiser of the year. This year, we are excited to announce that the Gala will be at the Beaumont Event Centre for parents and friends of All Saints. This fun-filled event will feature a live and silent auction and other exciting entertainment. Volunteers are needed to help secure auction items, assist with student art projects, decorate the venue and promote the event. Funds raised by the ASPA Gala will benefit the school.
We are blessed with a beautiful campus, and our volunteers assist with weeding and planting flower beds and pots around our campus.Contact the chairs if you would like to offer any green thumb assistance.
You're invited to a Welcome Back to School Breakfast sponsored by the ASPA. Join us for a fun and informative breakfast where you can connect with other parents, meet committee chairs, learn more about the ASPA and even win door prizes! Stop by after you drop off the kids
