I serve All Saints because All Saints serves me! - Tim Brewer, Current Parent
The All Saints Parent Association (ASPA) promotes parent involvement in our school through several enriching and exciting projects.
The All Saints Parent Association (ASPA) is hosting five special events this year: Family Bingo Night, Family Movie Night, the Book Fair, “A Night Under the Stars,” and the Carnival. In addition to attending these events, there are many opportunities for parents to participate. Offering to lend your assistance to any of these events is a great way to meet fellow parents and immediately feel a part of this wonderful school community. Parents, grandparents and other family members generously share time and talent using a wide variety of skills and fitting any schedule. Volunteering is a meaningful way to support the school, meet new friends and show students how committed adults are to their educational success.

Here you will find everything your student needs to get ready for the first day of school! Each parent will want to drop by and pick up students’ class placements, check out new uniform styles and sizes, create online lunch accounts, purchase used uniforms, join the All Saints Parent Association, get newly designed carpool signs, and more! Volunteers are needed to help with all aspects of this exciting day!
All Saints is blessed with incredible families willing to always reach out to our newest members of our community. Throughout the year, family ambassadors serve as support for our new families to answer any questions they may have about the school. The New Family Reception is an opportunity for those ambassadors to welcome our newest folks to All Saints.
Join fellow All Saints families for a fun-filled evening for all ages. Family Bingo Night will be a wonderful way to meet others in our community and forge friendships for the year ahead. Make plans now to attend this evening!
Every year the ASPA holds a week-long Book Fair on campus, which promotes a love of reading and supports the library. The entire school community may come to the fair and purchase books. It is a week filled with exciting events to encourage reading as a lifelong interest. Parent volunteers work throughout the fair and also help set up and take down.
Every February we host a special day for Grandparents and Special Friends to join our students at All Saints. This is a truly special event that allows our children to showcase their work to their guests. Volunteers are needed to help with the reception.
This casual and festive event for adults only will take place on Friday, February 8, 2019, at Broussard Farm and will bring our entire All Saints community together in support of the school. The evening will be filled with entertainment, delicious food, live music and dancing, live and silent auctions, a wine pull, and fellowship with our community. Table sponsorships, underwriting, auction items, and bidding opportunities add to the excitement and celebration of the night. The funds raised from this event are combined with funds raised by the Carnival later in the spring and are used to help meet the needs of our school. As a result of this past year’s fundraising efforts, we were able to provide many new resources for our teachers as well as contribute to an endowed scholarship honoring Parent Association volunteers.
The annual spring Carnival is a much-loved event for all of our families to enjoy. At the Carnival you will find rides and activities for all ages, great food, music, and a few surprises each year. Smiles and laughter mark this event, and the day is one our entire student body looks forward to with much excitement. Volunteers assist with the coordination of activities, events, set up and take down.
We are blessed with a beautiful campus, and our volunteers assist with weeding and planting flowerbeds and pots around our campus.Contact the chair if you would like to offer any green thumb assistance.
Our Spirit Shoppe is located on campus and provides families with an opportunity to purchase used uniforms, sweatshirts, t-shirts and other school approved items. Volunteers help sell merchandise. Fridays, 7:45-9:00am.
