I serve All Saints because All Saints serves me! - Tim Brewer, Current Parent
The All Saints Parent Association (ASPA) promotes parent involvement in our school through several enriching and exciting projects.
The All Saints Parent Association (ASPA) is a volunteer organization that supports All Saints Episcopal School by hosting events for All Saints students, families, and faculty and staff throughout the year and by holding various fundraisers to raise money to benefit the school. This year, the ASPA will be hosting a number of special events, including: Family Bingo Night, Family Movie Night, the Book Fair, the ASPA Gala, and Carnival Field Day. In hosting these events, the ASPA’s goal is to keep the health and safety of the school community as our top priority. Therefore, our events this year will be held virtually or outdoors. While these events will have a new format, we know that everyone will enjoy the exciting plans that we have in store for each event!
Who can I contact with questions about volunteering?

At the ASPA’s Back to School Round-Up, you will find everything your student needs to get ready for the first day of school! Each parent will want to drop by to pick up students’ class placements, create online lunch accounts, drop off student medication with the school nurse, purchase used uniforms, join the All Saints Parent Association, get newly-designed carpool signs, and more! This event will be held in the All Saints gym to allow for maximum social distancing. Hours will be from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. for new families, and from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. for returning families. Volunteers are needed to help with all aspects of this exciting day!
Come gather with other All Saints families for a free movie on the All Saints athletic fields! Bring a blanket and a picnic to share with family while you watch a kid-friendly classic that all ages will enjoy. Children will be entertained by fun activities and kid-friendly snacks.
This year, the ASPA will hold a week-long virtual book fair, which will promote a love of reading and raise funds to support our school library. The entire school community is invited to participate in this virtual event and purchase books. Please contact the ASPA Book Fair Chairs if you would like to volunteer to assist with the book fair this year.
Every February, All Saints and the ASPA host a special day for Grandparents and Special Friends to join our students at All Saints. This year, we will celebrate Grandparents and Special Friends Day virtually. Grandparents, family members, and friends will be invited to watch our special Grandparents and Special Friends Day chapel service online and will receive a virtual message and artwork from their All Saints student.
The annual All Saints Parent Association Gala is our largest fundraiser of the year. This year, we are excited to announce that the All Saints Parent Association will host its first-ever virtual gala on Friday, February 26, 2021 for parents and friends of All Saints. This fun-filled event will feature a live and silent auction and other exciting entertainment. Volunteers are needed to help secure auction items, assist with technical production, assist with student art projects, decorate the filming set, and promote the event. Funds raised by the ASPA Gala will benefit the school.
The annual spring Carnival is a much-loved event for all of our families to enjoy. The Carnival this year will have a “field day” theme, with traditional field day games, contests, and athletic events for all ages, as well as music, great food, and prizes. Smiles and laughter mark this event every year, and this day is one that our student body looks forward to with much excitement. Volunteers assist with the coordination of activities, events, set-up, and take-down.
We are blessed with a beautiful campus, and our volunteers assist with weeding and planting flower beds and pots around our campus.Contact the chairs if you would like to offer any green thumb assistance. Work will be done after school hours.
