Back to School Round Up: August 5, 2026
There's so much to do at Round-Up! Pick up your class placement, order spirit wear, take care of important paperwork, and get ready for an exciting new school year.
Nurse West also has a few reminders: incoming 7th graders need updated immunization records, middle school athletes must have a current physical on file, and all families are encouraged to bring any updated immunization records. New students should also turn in their immunization records.
We'll see you at Back to School Round-Up on August 5!
Schedule:
- 9:00–10:00 AM: New Families
- 10:00 AM–12:00 PM: Current Families
- 5:00–6:00 PM: Evening Session (Current Families)
During Round Up, families can:
- Pick up homeroom assignments
- Verify and update contact information
- Turn in updated immunization records
- Learn about PSIA and Club 360
- Shop for spirit wear and school items
- Receive important back-to-school information and complete any remaining preparations
Immunization Reminder:
All incoming 7th grade students are required to have updated Tdap and MCV4 (Meningococcal) immunizations. Please bring an updated copy of your child's immunization records to Round Up.
