All Saints has remained financially disciplined, which allows over 80% of our tuition monies to support the most valuable resource, our faculty. Aside from our operating expenses, All Saints continues to invest in new opportunities that will enhance the learning process for students. As a non-profit school, we are unique from other institutions in that we rely on the philanthropic support from every member of our community. While budgeting is critical, we have found fundraising campaigns allow us to respond to new opportunities and operate from a financial position of strength. With this in mind, we conduct two primary fundraisers, The Fund for All Saints in the fall, and a celebratory event, our Fête, in the spring semester.
In addition to our annual fundraising events, All Saints conducts Capital Campaigns to fund initiatives that will sustain our mission for the long haul. The Board of Trustees strategically plans for future needs of the school in an ongoing planning process stretching 7 years ahead, from which Capital Campaigns or other initiatives are planned. Participation from our parents, alumni, grandparents, faculty and staff is paramount to our success. This financial sustainability has remained at the root of our principle decisions as we plan effectively for the future.
