Scholarship Initiatives

Our Board of Trustees has recognized the need for a robust Scholarship Initiative to meet growing demands on enrollment.  Several sources of scholarship support are outlined below.

Years ago, All Saints established a Scholarship Endowment with the generous support of Walter and Sheila Umphrey.  The purpose of this Endowment is to provide academic scholarships for mission appropriate students whose families are unable to afford the full tuition at All Saints.  After years of donations, the Scholarship Endowment now totals over $1 million. From the Endowment’s  interest and dividends we are able to provide academic scholarships annually. Donations to the Scholarship Endowment are carefully invested so we are able to achieve our goal of making an education at All Saints affordable to any student who is dedicated in mind, body and spirit.

Established in 2017 by the All Saints Parent Association, this scholarship provides need-based financial aid to deserving students.  The scholarship honors the countless hours of selfless service provided to All Saints by the parent community.

In addition to the Endowment, we are securing funds from individuals, corporations and foundations who recognize the profound impact a scholarship can provide.  As All Saints continues to seek to recruit bright young applicants who are mission appropriate and who exhibit academic and personal strengths, we will continue to secure contributions from benefactors who are willing to sponsor individuals with financial support.

Funded by The Beaumont Foundation of America, the Low Family Endowed Scholarship honors the Low’s long connection with All Saints over several generations.  Gilbert “Buddy” Low served as President of the Board of Trustees, and his three children Rachael, Courtney and Mark graduated from All Saints.  Eleven Low grandchildren are either graduates or currently attend All Saints.  This scholarship provides need-based financial aid to All Saints students.

Established in 2017 by his family and friends, the Raj Reddy Scholarship honors Raj’s positive attitude, academic excellence, and gift for leadership which distinguished him as an extraordinary graduate of All Saints Episcopal School.  This scholarship will be awarded to students in grades 4 – 8 who demonstrate outstanding academic achievement, leadership, and financial need, with priority being given to middle school students.

Established on May 11, 2016 in honor of Coach Dave Thomas

All Saints is pleased to announce the creation of our first Athletic Endowment in honor of Coach Dave Thomas.  Dave coached All Saints boys and girls’ basketball teams for twelve years and has made a lasting impact on our students.  His dedication to our program was incredibly generous, and our students achieved their personal best under his outstanding leadership. This Endowment Fund will enable us to award future scholarships to deserving students who participate in athletics.  While the primary focus will be to provide scholarships, other athletic needs may also be addressed as the funds allow.
