Financial Assistance

All Saints Episcopal School strives to enroll those children who can benefit from a challenging program that is sensitive to individual need, regardless of a family's financial situation. Financial Aid is awarded in accordance with the family's need in mind. Additionally, the character of the child, academic performance, and other qualities of the individual student are considered.

The School's Financial Aid program is limited, and typically aid is not given at the Preschool level. Tuition assistance does not cover fees or other expenses during the year. It is expected that every family, including those on Financial Aid, pay what is reasonably possible toward their child's education. Financial Aid requests must be renewed annually, as awards are made for one year only.

All Saints recognizes that payment of tuition for a private-independent school is a sacrifice, no matter what the income level, and represents a priority decision in a family. The School strives to award aid based on true need.

Students on Financial Aid must maintain a passing average or higher, in keeping with their ability. Students should also exhibit exemplary conduct, cooperation, and spirit. Teachers are not told which students are receiving aid.

The school's Application for Financial Aid and The SSSFA forms along with a $22.00 check payable to SSSFA should be completed and returned to Nora Dunaven in the Finance Office by March of the year preceeding admission.  Grants will be allocated as soon as is reasonable. The submission of a complete application with all relevant information is crucial for a decision. The School's Registration Fee must have been paid before Financial Aid can be considered, unless an exceptional case is granted.

Please return the completed Application for Financial Aid and SSSFA forms with the current or most recent Federal Income Tax Return Form 1040, complete with all schedules and the W-2 Form.
